A perfect place for a weekend getaway with hubby and my Japanese Chins. The only suggestion is to reduce the bottom gate space between the Verbo yard and the neighbors yard. My dogs are small and could have easily slipped underneath to neighbors yard. I had to place table benches on there side against gate to cover.space.

We had a great stay, the only reason we gave it 4 stars was because there was a "ring/ automatic light camera" in the backyard. There were no shades or covering for the doors that lead to the backyard. it felt like we were being watched thru the back doors. Also, no blinds on windows,or no screen doors! Hard to open and let fresh air in without the bugs flying in the house. However, house was very nice and clean. Quiet location and you can actually see the beach and hear the waves!

I will be back the next time we go to Montara! only minor complaint is the lights in the back yard and front Porch are are on a timer or don't have control so I had to unscrew the bulb because a lot of light came through the shutters while trying to sleep on the pull out couch. Everything else was really wonderful! Everything you need is included and thought of. There is everything from pots and pans, baking dishes, oven, dishwasher, poper scooper for the pup, coffee maker with cream and sugar... This is a really wonderful place! Book it!

What a beautiful sight out of the living room window too. You get to watch the adorable alpacas across the street and there is even a peekaboo ocean view! Bella was very responsive and sweet too.

If you want to be close to the city, but not in it, this is the place to stay. Rent a sporty car and twist your way down the 101 to this super cute spot on the coast. Across the street is a beautiful vista view with alpacas grazing in the foreground, and giant clouds hovering over the hills in the background. It's not an ocean view, but a quick 10min walk will bring you there. Worth the money.

Beautiful little stand-alone house in Montara! We loved the beautiful neighborhood, with a community garden right next to the alpaca farm (loved the alpacas also!) Quick drive to Half Moon Bay for shopping and restaurants, 2-minute drive to Montara State Beach. 10-15 minutes from other beaches. The home was exactly as described, and the check-in and check-out processes were simple. I had no occasion to have to contact the host. My favorite place of all the places I've stayed in Montara so far!

Our favorite part was sitting in the front porch watching the alpacas and enjoying the ocean view. Communication was outstanding. There was a major storm while we were there and they made a point of letting us know there was a generator they would start for us. Beyond 5 stars!

This whole experience was amazing. My wife and two boys (16 & 12) had all the space we needed, along with our dog! We had family staying in half moon bay at the ritz Carlton, but this was an affordable alternative just a few minutes away! We used the full kitchen to cook a huge breakfast, and went on a hike on the trail just short walk down the road. We brought some sandwiches and had a picnic in a clearing on the trail with a stunning view. The backyard is a nice little oasis with string lights & beautiful green grass. And right out the front door is an Alpaca farm! You can walk right up to the fence and sit on the little bench and watch them graze, or watch them from the rocking chairs on the front porch. We will definitely be staying here again!

I’ve read reviews where travelers claim a place was their all-time favorite AirBnb, and now I can finally say the same about this lovely home. Everything about this home was perfect, location is a short walk away from coastal access, and on a quiet street overlooking a picturesque alpaca farm. The interior feels new, absolutely spotless, and had everything we needed for a multiple night stay. The whole family loved this seaside home.

East check in and out. Great clean place close to everything you would want in the Montara/Moss Beach/ Pacifica/Half Moon Bay Area. We rode our mountain bikes everyday - easy access to all of the trails a few blocks away. Also quick drive to Montara beach (walkable if you don’t mind hills). Would stay again.

Had a great stay here. The location was perfect close to San Fran but far enough away for a peaceful stay. This is by far the cleanest air bnb I’ve ever stayed in. Everything is white and very modern. Take into consideration that this Airbnb is spotless and with everything being white it could be difficult with a dog. I had no issues and just kept up all the white rugs and laid a sheet over the sofa during our stay for our pup and was fine. It’s across from an alpaca farm and is a nice neighborhood to walk. Definitely would stay here again and the bed was amazing

This was one of the cleanest and most well kept Airbnb’s I have ever stayed in. The owners put a lot of thought and effort you can tell. It has everything a small family might need including many kitchen amenities and a washer dryer. We were only there one night but I could see myself staying longer. It had a cute private backyard as well, perfect for little kiddos since it is fenced in and had a small play set. It is a very short drive to the beach and half moon bay activities. It is in a quiet residential neighborhood so definitely designed for a restful stay. In fact, my newborn slept almost through the whole night there which is definitely not the case at home. 😂 The alpaca farm across the street is an adorable plus.

My mom and I spent a weekend here to celebrate Mother's Day and it could not have been more wonderful. The house was beyond perfect. You can tell everything is very new and the owner has put a lot of care into everything. The closet was plenty big for all our stuff, the bed in the bedroom was very comfortable, and we utilized the pull out couch which had a wonderful set of sheets, pillows, and blankets. We didn't use the kitchen at all but there is definitely everything you could need. The coffee station was a very nice convenience especially since we didn't plan on cooking so we didn't need to go to the store at all. The backyard is fenced in and has a BBQ and table. The location is great too. You can walk to the beach, there are hiking trails at the end of the street, you are perfectly in between Pacifica and the Harbor, and the best part is you can sit on your porch and drink coffee while watching the Alpacas. We had such a great time we think we will make this an annual thing.

Let me start off by saying I am extremely picky. I loved our stay here! It was exactly as described and matched the pictures. I can't stand it when the Airbnb pictures don't match the stay, but Bella's home (down to the contents of the drawers) matched the photos exactly. The linens were sparkling white and very clean. Bathroom and kitchen were literally spotless - not a fingerprint to be found! The enclosed yard was great for our pooches, the alpacas across the way were adorable and amusing to watch. Quiet and peaceful neighborhood. Right by Montara Beach. Close to half-moon-bay and the city for those who have activities planned. We mostly stayed in and relaxed and it was wonderful! On our departure, our teen daughter asked, "When can we come back"? That speaks volumes. When we need another staycation, we will definitely be back here!

This is a lovely one bedroom apartment in “first guests” order. Amazing kitchen and comfortable bed. The couch makes a bed and the lounge from the bedroom made another bed so our family of four (plus dog) had a super comfortable and fun stay. Nice little back yard and remote enough to feel like a getaway but close to everything. We will definitely try to return soon!

Beautiful home that felt comfortable and clean. Had everything we needed to make it feel like home and extra luxury that took it to the next level. We couldn't recommend it enough for anyone looking for a beautiful escape within walking distance to the beach and driving distance to many wonderful attractions and restaurants.

The place was absolutely wonderful and exactly as described and looked just like the photos! Me, my mom, & sister loved staying here. The close by beaches are a hugeeee plus! We did not want to go home at all. Bella was a super great host, very responsive to our needs and questions. I would definitely recommend! & I definitely will be coming back for sure!

We had a lovely time staying at this beach escape which served as a cozy escape from the rainy weekend and a place to recharge after exploring Montara and downtown Half Moon Bay with our senior dog. As advertised, super close to the Montara state beach, grazing alpacas, even a few walking trails - it’s a quiet, calm, and beautiful neighborhood. Check in and out instructions were very clear, and the kitchen in particular was very well stocked with amenities and supplies. The folks managing the property were quite responsive. All in all a perfect private getaway for a few friends or a romantic retreat.

Absolutely loved staying here! The space was so comfortable and had everything you could need. The kitchen was perfect for cooking breakfasts and dinners! The best part was the location, a 10 minute walk to the beautiful montara state beach and right across the street from an alpaca farm. They were so cute to watch! I would definitely book again :)
