Sometimes it's little things that make a stay. There was nothing wrong with the house, it just could have been a little better. The neighborhood is nice in fact my cousin grew up in the neighborhood it's quiet and a nice residential area with a great view out to the beach. Beyond that it was just good not great, but not bad either.

Perfect location, beautiful views and all the benefits of being near the city, without any of the headaches!!! Great restaurants (Puerto 27!!), grocery, gas, beaches and interstates all very nearby. We thoroughly enjoyed the backyard, gas firepit and how private it feels. My only "negative" feedback is that the house isn't as updated/renovated as it appears in the photos, but not horrible by any means. In fact, based on the features and benefits, we feel it is priced fairly. The home was very clean and had everything we needed for our visit. Beds were SUPER comfy. Neighborhood was quiet and safe. We had a GREAT stay!

We stayed here for a night and absolutely loved the gorgeous ocean views from the backyard. The home is spacious, clean and matches the description on Airbnb accurately. Sarah was great at communicating check-in and check-out instructions. I’d highly recommend this place for any family looking to spend a few days away from the hustle bustle of the bay and soak in these wonderful views

Very peaceful and clean place. Shops and restaurants were close by. Beautiful view of the city from backyard. I planned this trip with my friends only (without kids and husbands). We all are working ladies and caring mothers. I would like to book it again with my family but the only negative thing is the check-in time, which is not before 4:00 pm. In winter the sunset will be close to 5:00 pm, which I believe not worth paying for a family to pay$945 per night as we wouldn’t get the chance to do activities in a day light. Overall, the place is very nice.

After our flight out of SFO got cancelled, and my group of five needed an emergency place to stay the night, we stumbled upon Sarah’s place. It was easy to get to and check in, the beds were very comfortable, and Sarah was very responsive. I wish we could have stayed longer to enjoy the beautiful backyard and charming neighborhood!

We used this house as our hub for our family adventures in & around San Fransisco. It was great to be within 20 minutes from almost anything, but had room to spread out when it was time for rest! We are a family of 4. Myself, husband, 15 & 10 year old sons. Everyone enjoyed their time! Neighborhood was very quiet. The view was fantastic & could be at the grocery within 3 minutes!

Positive: Nice and quiet, good views. Management company extremely good and responsive. Negative: House smelt really badly of damp, I was there three weeks and even with the heat on couldn’t get rid of mold smell.. Side door had a key pad entry and no dead bolt, never felt safe. Place needs a good clean, sticky floors and dirty finger prints all over doors and surfaces. Needs maintenance and attention. Management company excellent and very responsive but would have preferred that they didn’t need to attend to fix so many times.

Sarah was very accommodating of our last minute request of date changes and even allowed us to check in early on our day arrival. Sarah's place was a lovely part of our family convening in Pacifica for Thanksgiving. The backyard was amazing. Delightful views and space for grandparents, parents and 9 month old. Sarah kindly granted permission for other family to visit us there, so the toddler and his parents also enjoyed the yard (and sandbox). The firepit was easy and fun to use on a cooler evening. The kitchen was well stocked, not huge but very comfortable to use. We appreciated finding the booster chair for baby. There were a few small issues ( loose outlet, closet doors) but these were more than outweighed by the many comfy aspects. Thanks Sarah and Matt for the great stay!

She had all the amenities we needed for cooking, sleeping, bathrooms, etc. The view from the backyard was more then I expected. And it was a very peaceful neighborhood. I would definitely stay here again.

The house is lovely with a great location and an excellent view on a quiet street. The beds were super comfy, great showers, & a well-equipped kitchen. Overall the house was clean & comfortable and in pretty good condition. However, there were several maintenance needs such as broken or loose closet/cabinet doors and loose outlets. We could not get the fire pit to work, as the knob was way too tight. It would be nice to have curtains on the kitchen window, which faces the street. We also didn't appreciate on our vacation seeing political stickers in the garage.

Place is amazing to stay with the the wonderful backyard view. Convenient to grocery, shopping, 24hr corner store 2 blocks away. Bowling alley, beach, riding the coast, redwood trees, hiking on the coast, pier, is all 5 min away. Downtown, Fisherman Warf, Golden Gate, Airport are all 15-20 min away in both directions. I would recommend this place, next I travel to San Francisco, I will try to stay here again. Thanks again Sarah.

Where do I begin this review… first of, 5 of my friends can attest to what I’m saying because they were there and we all experienced the same thing. Before we got to the Airbnb I called “Sarah” a gentleman picked up his name was Matt and said he handled everything for Sarah, ok no issue… because of the monkey pox outbreak state of emergency that San Francisco had placed a few weeks prior to our arrival date, I had requested for all the sheets and comforters to be washed prior to us coming there to make sure everything was clean. When we got there, the first thing we found was a huge spider in the bathtub of the first bathroom, I killed the thing no big deal but if you are terrified of big daddy long legs this would have scared you. Secondly, in the second bathroom the shower tile was stained in black stuff we tried to spray and clean it but it wouldn’t come off, plus the wifi didn’t even work for most of us. Since there was 2 showers and it was 6 of us we tried to use both showers at the same time and realized that only one shower would produce warm water at a time while in use… I called “Sarah” matt answers and I let him know of the issues we were having. I mentioned to him that we will deal with the inconveniences for now but he needed to be aware of what was happening. Finally, this was the cherry on top, on the second night my friend showed me that once she flipped her pillow case over there was mold on the pillow we took pictures sent it to sarah/Matt and called him. What really got us all frustrated is that he said that I was being “particular in complaining about the house, and that other people would enjoy staying there”. We told him that no one would enjoy staying in a house that has mold, ants crawling everywhere, showers not working at the same time and internet working periodically. We told him that this was absolutely unacceptable knowing of my request when we first got there. He mentioned to us that they can drop off new sheets and a new pillow to replace the moldy one. They also mentioned that they would leave everything at the front door. We stepped out for dinner, once we got back the sheets and pillows were in the house meaning they had came in without our consent. He mentioned to me that he would refund me fully (which I haven’t seen a dime, not even the cleaning fee)This was by far one of the worst experiences. Be aware in staying there!

Sarah's Pacifica home was the perfect getaway for my family to gather for a few days of relaxation on the coast. Communication was a breeze and check in was easy. The home is just as advertised, on a small hill overlooking Linda Mar and the Pacific. Sunsets were a dream! The outdoor fire pit was great on the chilly nights. Less than a mile to the beach, easily walkable if one desired. The house is well equipped with everything we needed for a few days for our family of 5. Will definitely look to stay next time we are in the area!

My family of four mostly enjoyed our week-long stay at this home in Pacifica. I had read about the fog and cloudiness of the area beforehand and was braced for those conditions, but luckily we did get to enjoy occasional blue skies and a couple of nice sunsets (and the host cannot control the weather anyhow :-). The house is in a good neighborhood, and the backyard has a pleasant view over the town's rooftops, although the view of the ocean is not as grand as the lead photo here would seem to indicate. (I think you'd have to get up on the roof to see the ocean that well?) Still, we enjoyed sitting out back and even used the gas fire pit one evening. The house itself is comfortable and clean, though we did have some issues with ants in the kitchen. There are a few things that could use some attention (loose door knob in door to back yard, scarcity of usable electric outlets in the master bedroom, no trash can in the master bathroom) but these were fairly minor issues for us and may well be fixed by the time you read this. Overall the home was fine for our near-daily trips into San Francisco to see all the sights.

Sarah’s house was perfect in so many ways. There was plenty of space for our family to spread out, all the comforts we could have needed (the kids esp loved the reclining sofas!), and a fully stocked kitchen. The views were breathtaking and location perfect. We divided our time in the lovely town of Pacifica, sunsets at the beach and lots of time in San Francisco which was a lovely 20-25 min drive away. We actually enjoyed leaving the busy city to arrive at the serenity of this quiet home each night. We highly recommend Sarah’s house and Pacifica, and hope to return again next time!

This is a perfect place to stay in so many ways. Sarah has created a comfortable environment, provided everything guests will need, and totally worth the value. The decor was perfect. Some of the furniture I wish I could buy! The bedding was so comfortable, I slept like a baby. I have already shared the link with many friends who love the Pacifica area. In addition to the amazing house, the backyard is a great place to bask in the sun and enjoy the view with a cup of coffee. I would go back just for the backyard. It is a short walk to the beach, to shops, and to restaurants. It's a short drive to Daly City, SF, Half Moon Bay, and so many other places. As I write this, I am wondering if I should just book more stays!!! Highly recommend. 10 Stars.

Our family of 4 had a wonderful stay at Sarah’s place. Check in and communication was fast and easy. We had everything we could ask for. Very clean and well equipped. The house was more spacious then on the pics. The scenic views are stunning. Beds and black out curtains were perfect and provided perfect rest. I really liked the interior and the sweet detailing, that makes this place extra special. San Francisco was an easy 20 minutes drive. We also spend an afternoon at Maverick beach. Breathtaking high waves. Can only recommend that too. I hope we will make it back one day soon. Thank you, Sarah

The highlight of the property was the beautiful view with the spacious and well maintained backyard (although the weather didn't cooperate with using the patio on our trip). The house was warm (Central heat is a plus) and well supplied kitchen. With grocery store and a beach both within walking distance, and ample parking on site, very convenient stay.

The house is located in a really nice area and the view is absolutely support. This is one of the biggest backyards with a nice view that you can probably find in such a area. One thing to be mindful of is that Pacifica can get very foggy a lot of the time. This house is located on the hill opposite to where most of the fog comes, so you can watch the fog rolling over the hills across and not be in thick fog yourself. Still it can be a bit foggy overall in that whole area, but we absolutely enjoyed our time there and found it very great. There is a Beach reallly close by that you can just drive to or even walk to you with not much effort. There are more surfers there than You can Count. Parking was easy in the driveway. There is no AC, but because of the fog we didn’t end up needing it, there was a good heating system. Also it was very quiet the whole time. There is a nice TV with smart things on it. The house was clean. Would definitely come back
